Our first year of summer camp was absolutely amazing!
It was an adventure of a lifetime for both the campers and the staff.
On July 14th we arrived to the camp site in Côte des Arcadins with 69 children and 19 staff members. In our week long stay the children were provided with lodging, three meals daily, and tons of fun. We hosted one educational workshop per day; hygiene, etiquette, faith, and community service. We also made time for afternoon activities such as art, English lessons, music, and sports.
Some of our favorite moments include swimming in our private beach, morning and evening worship and nightly entertainment. The food was also delicious!
In the end the children received professional coaching, and tools that they can take back to their community and use for the rest of their lives.
