It happened again!
On Saturday, August 14, Haiti was hit by a magnitude 7.2 earthquake that crumbled homes and buildings and killed more than 2,200 people so far.
Please pray for Haiti, and include St. Luke’s in Martel and St Sauveur Episcopal Churches and Schools in your intercessory prayers. Both churches were badly damaged.
The most urgent need is for temporary housing, medical need, food, and water. The best way you can help is to donate money. We have partnered with FOLONHA and various Churches in Haiti; they are on the ground providing medical help and whatever else is needed at this time.
CCCC is sending this SOS and a strong appeal to all of you family members, friends, young and old to put all your strength and resources together to help our brothers and sisters who have been affected by this natural disaster. I hope that you would find a soft spot in your heart of flesh and/or your spiritual one to join us to make a difference.
All the proceeds of this SOS will be collected, voted by the CCCC board, and sent to our most trusted brothers and sisters on the ground to be distributed to our affected children and students.
Due to the logistic conditions, we would prefer to collect money in lieu of material goods!
You can send money by Zelle to Cazalecommunity.info@gmail.com or via our website with the memo: Haiti Earthquake.
100% of all donations will go to our earthquake relief fund.
