Nearly 100 young people participated.

The summer camp was held from Saturday 21st to Saturday 28th, 2021, at the Kiskeya Episcopal Center in Montrouis, with the theme: “Education, Our Compass.”

Our one-week summer camp allowed the children from Cabaret and Cazale to have a week fun-filled with activities. To name a few, we had formation in Etiquette, Macramé, Art, Theatre, Dance, Yoga, Swimming, Hygiene & Sex Education, Community Service, and First Aid workshops. We had professionals from various backgrounds, including the former Minister of Agriculture, Pierre Guiteau Laurore, Dr. Widley Marius, Yvener Sanon, Alix Orelien, André Jean Estimphile, Joël Lorquet, and a delegation of rescuers from the Haitian Red Cross. Our campers also learned how to live with one another, be good neighbors and stewards, and had Daily Devotion, and time to meditate.

The purpose of our summer camp is to contribute to the education and development of young people and change their mindsets towards a good directive in the face of juvenile delinquency.

Despite the difficulties encountered these past months in Haiti, we were delighted with the outcome.

We thank everyone for their prayers and support.
